So many questions... so few answers...Thanks for stopping by, Sheilagh...
Most intriguing. At first I thought it might have been parents questioning why there were no grandkids yet, but the last couple of lines made me think maybe there was a lot more to it than that!
I reread my own words... and yes, your initial impression can be implied by the beginning of the poem :)Thanks!
How important it is to put the past behind us, only then can we move forward and be free to start again.
The constant struggle to let go...Thanks!
Beautiful. Sometimes, I see the mirror and wonder if the reflection is the more intense, draining me of past worries too. And sometimes, it feels the past helps drain present worries. Thought provoking piece.
Thanks, Vinay...I am impressed by your perspective of one's own reflection being the mirror to one's past... very interesting!
A meaningful connection is worth it's weight in good for sure
Thanks, Jae Rose...One person who understands what we really feel, can give us such strength...
Almost mystical, Nimi.
Thanks... My pleasure that you find it mystical. I congratulate myself on words well written :)
